There seems to be no reference which area is the basis for the calculations of the baseline parking capacity. I assume it is based on gross floor area. Is this correct?

For this credit, are motorcycle parkings spaces also included or only car parking?

Can this credit be achieved if there are no parking spaces provided?

In this project there is only a very limited number of parking spaces (44 for >10.000m² office space).
