CS-v4 LTc7:Reduced parking footprint

Tables for base ratios based on GFA?

There seems to be no reference which area is the basis for the calculations of the baseline parking capacity. I assume it is based on gross floor area. Is this correct? I don't have the original publication at hand, but another ITE handbook that refers to the PCC Recommended Zoning Ordinance Provisions and is stating GFA there. Just want to make sure.

Correct, use the GFA for this calculation. This will keep it consistent with the rest of the LEED submittal as well, which uses GFA for the project area in other credits.
