Wood Ceilings

I'm hoping someone has found a good pathway for wood ceilings in LEED v4 and can share. The CDPH test includes a formaldehyde test which of course all wood contains.

If adhesives, sealants and primers are listed on Tables listed under Groups 2, 3 or 4 and they meet the California Department of Heath Services Standard, does this constitute compliance with Prop 6

We have a lead-lined door for a dentist x-ray room. The manufacturer cannot confirm that the particle board core is formaldehyde free.
