Is it feasible for a LEED HC project to meet this prerequisite without being remediated to a "residential (unrestricted) use?" After speaking with our environmental consultant, this would require

What was your LEED deliverable after the site assessment?

What have you provided as a deliverable for this credit? Was it the EPA's Ready for Reuse form? Our inspecting authority is not sure what to provide to appease the LEED reviewer. Thanks-

Hi, I am working on the LEED aspects of a healthcare project in KSA. A full and detailed EIA Study for the project was completed to local standards and no contaimination was found.
