The marine plywood we will install will be embedded inside stainless steel, veneer or it will be basically covered with Formica. Can we earn a point under this credit?

I'm working on a C&S retail center that has no Composite Wood or Agrifiber Products anywhere on the project, so it seems we are ineligible to receive this point.

Is it enough to comply the credit by submit document from manufacture that state " Formaldehyde is NOT used in the manufacturing of these product" ?
European standard equivalent

Is European E1 standard an acceptable equivalent to comply with this credit documentation? I believe it is, but would appreciate if someone confirms. Thank you.
