if our CS project goes with option 3, what space usage data will the mgmt company, who will only control the common areas (after building is complete) be required to share?

Our client’s CS-project has been denied EAc5.2 because we haven’t provided separate sub-metering of tenant lighting and plug loads.

EAc 5.1 for CS tenant spaces

Our current design has a Quadlogic multi-tenant smart meter unit in the basement of our mid-rise project. This unit has the capacity for electrical power as well as BTU monitoring.
