Retail FTEFull-time

Retail FTE is for 8 hour shifts, so if the business has 12 hours open to the public do I use a value of 1.5 x the FTE value to arrive at a value to use when defining the usage of the plumbing fixtu

We are building a mixed use project, Office, Hotel and Residential to qualify for LEED CS 2009 Gold. Only the office core will have toilets that will be built during C & S construction.
