Can't create an ID point for this credit

I want to take an ID credit for having 100% of parking spaces under cover, but when I go to the ID credit form and try to select this credit for exemplary performance, it does not show up among the

Hi - is it possible to paint the pavement to get the wanted SRI-value for the non-roof? And is there any specific requirements for such a paint?

If we go to the option 2 in SSc7.1, do we need SRI>29 for road.

If we are going to go with option 2 of the credit SSc7.1 - puting more than 50% of car parking to under the building structure.

I am working on a commercial building with an underground parking lot. 100% of all parking spaces are in this lot.
