I think doing this assessment is worthwhile but the requirements needs to be more specific. Is there a tool that should facilitate this or how detailed does it need to be?

For ID+C, how will community members be taken into account? New construction buildings typically have an opportunity for public input at local planning meetings, but ID+C projects do not.

I would recommend referencing the Building EJ Tool (https://www.ejtoolkit.com/) in this credit as a tool for project teams to more-easily complete the checklist / Social Assessment.
I like the whole carbon assessment but...quantify impacts beyond carbon?

I think it would be impactful to show the social value of the carbon reduced/emitted from the project, rather than just the tonnes.
