Cleaning Equipment compliance with IEQC3.1

I have a building that is pursuing recertification under LEED EBOM V2009. They achieved IEQC3.4 Green Cleaning - Sustainable Cleaning Equipment in their previous certification.

In order to comply with this system, is it mandatory to have entryway systems installed (either matts or grid) or is it possible to comply without having these entryway systems?

Dedicated exhaust in areas of chemical storage- Janitor's closet

LEED EBOM does not appear to have any credit that requires direct exhaust areas that store chemicals such as a Janitor's closet might contain.

Hi, our project includes a winery production area and has different cleaning protocols then our office and tasting room spaces do. Does the dilution requirement apply to these types of spaces?

generic / standard values for staff cleaning time & training

The LEED language is pretty vague on requirements for staff cleaning hours & training time, so we understand that it should be developed on a case by case basis per building/circumstances, but
