I've been provided with a light inventory for our building and so know what type of light I'm looking for (e.g. 18W F840). I've also found the Philips, GE and Sylvania LEED-EB calculators.

Refer to the reference guide, the test condition of life of lamp is 3 hours on for every 20 minutes off for fluorescents, 11 hours on for high-intensity discharge lamps.

The light fixtures currently installed meet the specified criteria however what do you do if the bulbs were replaced not too long ago and their lifetime will outlast a 2 year window.
