Is it correct, or did I imagine reading somewhere that this Credit (or the Preserve Habitat Credit) allows for maintaining planting - typically grasses- at a lower height, around airfields?

Would a wooded area with lots of trees count as open space for this credit? Our project is surrounded by wooded areas that are basically greenfield areas with trees.
