Is it correct, or did I imagine reading somewhere that this Credit (or the Preserve Habitat Credit) allows for maintaining planting - typically grasses- at a lower height, around airfields?

Would a wooded area with lots of trees count as open space for this credit? Our project is surrounded by wooded areas that are basically greenfield areas with trees.

what are the rules around the ownership of the open space if we want to document as a “ Campus” credits approach.

We  received a review comment stating it is not clear that areas noted as recreatation oriented grass are planted with two or more types of vegetation.

Per V4.1 BD+C beta guide "25% of the minimum 30% total outdoor space requirement must be planted with two or more types of vegetation".

We are currently working on a certification of a Residential project under LEED v4.1. and we have the following question regarding Open Space credit:

Per V4.1 BD+C beta guide "25% of the minimum 30% total outdoor space requirement must be planted with two or more types of vegetation".

It appears that the v4.1 language for the credit omits the FAR requirement from LEED v4.
