Affordable Housing for Rental Units

ND-Plan-v4 NPDc4:Housing types and affordability

I have a mixed use project in Florida with about ten stories of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for rent.  I want to explore the feasibility of pursuing this credit as a pilot credit.

Hello, does anyone know if social housing can be counted as "affordable housing" for this credit?

Hello, How do we define principal, taxes and insurance (PITI) in Step 4.' Compute Maximum Pricing'? Should we get in touch with a bank and ask for mortgages rates?
