Choosing the correct rating system

A data cebter building with the white area contributing to only 7% of the total BUA while the rest are offices, elec rooms , video rooms...etc , should it be treated as a data center rating system

I am working on a datacentre that does not include any occupied areas and will have no regular staff on site - security and network support will be provided from an adjoining site.
