difference between the two versions of option 1 listed

There are 2 Option 1 descriptions listed in the credit language.  The first one allows for fees to be charged for use of space inthe school building, the second version states use of the facil

Under the Credit Language tab this page shows SSc7, Site Master Plan, and under Site Master Plan the Credit Language is for Joint Space.

Is it no longer a requirement to lock down parts of the building in order to meet this credit?
