For a LEEDv4 CI project, does food service equipment such as ice cube machines, ice machines, and chiller freezers need to be documented?

For a CI project with minimal new HVAC equipment is the credit scope limited to equipment within the scope of the project only, or is there a hurdle below which base building equipment must comply
