Will a BREEAM certified building in an ND project count towards LEED GIB prerequisite one?

Credit language does not state how many points you will get when you certify one single building under LEED rating systems. We would appreciate any clarification.

Hi, We have a project which has 1 existing building and more than 10 new constructions within ND boundary. We are confused in calculation for GIBc1 Option 2.
