Dear all, when assuming interior blinds to allow glare control in tenant spaces. Does the condition of installing blinds have to be included in the Tenant and Lease Agreement?

From anything I have read, Credit IEc8.1 is a design credit, which would obviously suggest it be submitted with the "design" submittal in a split submittal. It however offers the option to measure
