We are working with a "Dayroom" space that has the following requirements: 4 ACH of Outdoor Air and 4 ACH of Total Air. The other spaces supplied by the Air Handling Unit do not require 100% outdoor air. As a result, we have designed the AHU that provides enough Outdoor Air for all spaces but not enough to provide 100% outdoor air to the Dayroom, instead supplying 80% outdoor air to the Dayroom.

In the LEED Minimum IAQ Performance Calculator, on the Summary Tab, we exceed the "Outdoor air intake flow exceeds Vot" but we do NOT pass the "Zone outdoor airflow provided meets Voz for all zones". Does GBCI/USGBC require that both Total and Zone outdoor airflow requirements are met to pass the pre-requisite?
