CS-2009 SSc6.1:Stormwater Design—Quantity Control

Zero Lot Line Deveoped Site

Hi everyone.

We are working on a zero lot line site where an old building was demolished in order to start with the new one.
The old building was composed only by hardscapes.
Since the new project is also zero lot line, if we decrease 25% the volume of stormwater runoff from the 2-year 24-hour design storm by adding green areas and green rooftop areas, are we in compliance?
