Hi
One of my LEED project are situated in a MAster Site and the actual certified building will have a zero-lot line. Does this mean that the only vegetation we should count towards this credit is the green roof? Or should credit be part of the Master Site credits?
Kind regards, Lise

Hi Omar. We actually ended up changing the LEED boundaries so it now includes landscape area, so I can unfortunately not help you with this issue.

We have achieved the Open Space Credit and Outdoor water use credits under v2009, both a Master Site credits. We have also achieved (under v4) the Outdoor water use credit using project LEED boundary but not a zero lot line, and the Open space under Master site.
I would think since this is a campus, that you have greater flexibility in the configuration of the project LEED boundary. Any reason for the decision to go with a zero lot line?
