Kelly, it is possible, although it may cost you an addtional review fee depending on how you've structured your review (see GBCI fee info for more). You may want to check with GBCI on specifics.
I would also suggest posting this over on the EAc6 forum page—you may get a more specific response there since you're not the first project to do this.

Along the same line, if an ID credit is not awarded in design review stage, do you have to submit a replacement as you respond to the design review or can you wait until you submit for construction review...in a sense, deferring it? The template won't allow for deferring it at this stage but we thought of adding a note saying we would resubmit with construction credits.
