Rick from LHB, describing plug load control strategy: "the IT person is the new energy manager in the office" (typically they have control of about 15 EUI). Great new insight for me.

Here are the slides from our Research break-out, including presentations by David Winans, Scott Mooney, and Rick Carter. As examples of research, they ranged from strictly project-supporting research (how to get to LBC with an affordable housing project), to project-supporting with extensive modeling for daylight and thermal comfort, to dedicated research on plug loads in offices that was funded separately from project work.
