working in certified campus

if I am working on a new project that will be located in a gold certified campus; does it mean the new project will be gold certified? & does it take points under the credit LEED ND location because of its location? or what to do

A campus is not certified. It may be a master site but that is not certified. A campus could be a certified LEED Neighborhood. Every building project must earn its own LEED certification, including having its own LEED project boundary. There are points available for being located in a certified LEED-ND project but no building automatically becomes certified.
