Window Treatment - Roller Blinds - IEQ 4 ?

Hello everyone

I'm working on a LEED 2009 CS registered commercial project. Which credit does the window roller blinds fall into the IEQ 4.# ? And which reference standard does it apply to, eg. Green Guard ?
