Hi Erica, In similar questions in the past, roof decks that all occupants had access to qualified, but other, individual spaces (balconies, specifically) did not. If the roof decks in question are only open to select residents who happen to have them, I do not think they meet the intent of the credit. If all condos have these roof decks, but each one is considered private, that might be a different circumstance.
