Our client decides to setup a new factory in a industrial zone.
Industrial zone will let a company A to invest grid subregion. Company A set up grid, and they will hire and install photovaltic on roof of factories.
These renewable energy will back into main station of industrial zone then sell/distrubute to all factories in industrial zone.
However, the main source power of grid also supply by national power.
So, our question: Can new factory claim this renewable energy for this credit? Which Tier will be apply to this case?
