Where to find the appropriate base ratios for parking reduction, LEED V4.1

According to LEED V4.1 the new baseline for parking reduction is the "Transportation Planning Handbook: Table 11-12".
After purchasing it, it seems that table 11-12 is only an illustration of the actual table and the real table is found in a different book completely.

If anyone happens to know where to find the appropriate table with which to compare parking space reduction it will be highly appreciated.
