Where are the Import Facility Data Templates?

Can somebody please direct me where to find the 'import facility data' templates on the Energy Star website?

To add a bit more information - I can access templates once logged in under the "Upload and/or Update Multiple Properties". These templates are "Add new properties to my account" and "Edit/Upload my existing properties (create a custom template)". Are these the correct templates?
