Sometimes a material data sheet does not have SR and or TR. Is there a material standard that can be used as refrence to obtain the SR and TE values?

Before, on LEED v3 BD+C - SSc7.1 Heat Island Effect-Nonroof there was a table that could be used as reference for horizontal surfaces, now, when researching on the internet the options that appear are for a certain brand or from an experimental analysis on a lab.
