EBOM-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

What's the size requirement for a Data Center Project with LEED v4 BC+D and O+M?

Hi,

I see the minimum size requirements for BD+C and O+M is ,

"LEED BD+C and LEED O+M Rating Systems

The LEED project must include a minimum of 1,000 square feet (93 square meters) of gross floor area."

Is there any exception for a Data Center project? Since it's always smaller than other projects.

Xiaoyu, you would need to contact GBCI to ask them for an exception. Since it is a very clear MPR, they would have to allow it specifically in your case.
