Does anyone know of statistics that say what % of LEED projects are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Certified? I have not been able to find anything and this would be useful information for promoting LEED to customers. Thank you!

There's a button here where you can export all projects and sort by certification level to get the answer: http://www.usgbc.org/projects
I've looked it up by state but I don't think I've done it nationally.
When I looked this fall South Carolina had
27% "Certified"
41% Silver
29% Gold
3% Platinum
(they have a law requiring certain state projects to get LEED Silver minimum)
Colorado had
20% "Certified"
29% Silver
45% Gold
6% Platinum

Last time I saw these overall stats the recent certifications were about 50% Gold. Over time Platinum has held pretty steady at under 10%. Certified and Silver have been declining and Gold has been rising. Tells me that much of the market has caught up and we need v4 or we are really just rubber stamping the status quo, at least for BD+C projects.
