What is meant by "informal transit" in LEED v4.1?

Do Uber Bus, Careem Bus and Swevl qualify to achieving this option?

Hi Amgad, Per the LEED v4.1 getting started guide, "informal transit a publicly available transit service that includes a fixed route service, fare structure, and regular operation. It does not consist of taxi, private shuttles or seasonal, on-call or on-demand transit." If Uber Bus, Careem Bus and/or Swevl operate on a fixed route/fare/schedule, they should qualify as informal transit. Kara
