What if we have an element that meets the intend of the credit but is not included in the list of 11 features from which to choose? It is possible to include it and demonstrate how we think it meets the intend of the credit? In our case - office building - the main staircase has access on every floor to a terrace (balcony) nicely arranged with superb views.

Hi George - You can certainly include this feature in your documentation, but for now credit will only be awarded only if the minimum number of listed features are included. In order to capture recommendations for other measures that contribute to active occupants, we have this question in the participant feedback survey:
What other design considerations would you suggest and/or have your included to motivate increased building occupant activity?
When this credit has been in the credit library for over a year, we'll evaluate these recommendations and potentially add additional measures to the list, so any recommendations you have, including this one, are most welcome.

This is similar to our project, with two main stairs on the exterior of the building with very large window areas both to the exterior and interior. Our approach on this credit was to propose an alternative compliance path, suggesting that the views both ways provide the inviting sensory stimulation, rather than artwork or music. Haven't submitted for review yet so we'll see how it goes.
