EBOM-2009 IEQc3.4:Green Cleaning—Sustainable Cleaning Equipment

What if I don't know when/how much the vacuum was purchased for?

The building that I am currently working on getting LEED certification holds a contract with a janitorial service. They use the equipment that was there before their contract, and are unsure of when it was purchased, and for how much. It is fair to estimate that the equipment was purchased the year prior to their contract, and just overestimate the price that the model is sold for today? Thanks!

Hi Victoria, you can estimate the date of purchase if the equipment was purchased before the performance period began. If you're not attempting to comply with the credit based on cost (and instead your metric is number of pieces of equipment), you can leave the cost section of the form blank. Trista
