In the 2008 MFMR system, VOC content was under the material credit Environmentally Preferred Products. Now in v4 there is Low Emitting but it doesn't include VOC content just emissions. In the v4 BD+C system, we still have 100% VOC content compliance along with emissions requirements. If VOC content is moot, once emissions testing is performed why is it still required in the other systems? Anyone have input on this?
