What constitutes a building entrance?

We are working on a tenant fit-up on the 8th floor of a downtown building which sits on a corner. The first floor has several retail establishments with direct street access. From what I can gather even though it is zero lot-line we still need the 25' signage. Do we need to post no smoking signage next to all of the retail doors or just the entrances into the building?
