This ACP will soon be closed. Once closed it will not be available regardless of project registration date.

Thank you for that information- what does that mean if you have already registered for that pilot credit?
Please clarify.
it means you have already clicked the 'register for the pilot credit' tab and completed the registration info.
We would like to know if there is an estimated date of closure.
We have many projects that don´t have cooling tower but attends the requirements of the pilot and have the baseline system designated for the building using ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G Table G3.1.1 includes a cooling tower (systems 7 & 8).
For this type of projects the option to achieve these points is relevant and have to be considered in this strategy or in another one that can be pursued, resulting in water efficiency.
I think the registered v4 projects can attempt No Cooling Tower using v4.1 substutions, as per LEED v4.1 Building Design and Construction Getting started guide for beta particpants January 2019. The following requirements should be met:
Option 2. No Cooling Tower (2 points)
For projects without cooling towers or evaporative condensers, projects may earn full credit if all conditions are met:
the baseline system designated for the building using ASHRAE 90.1-2016 Appendix G Table G3.1.1 includes a cooling tower (systems 7 & 8)
the project design case does not include a cooling tower
the design case mechanical system does not use the latent heat of the evaporative cooling of water.
the project does not receive any cooling from a District cooling system
All other system types are ineligible for credit.

Great find Bipin!
So even though the v4 'No Cooling Tower' Alternative Compliance Path pilot credit is going away in v4...it shows up again as Option #2 of the v4.1 Optimize Process Water Use. Project teams would just need to sub this into the v4 WEc Cooling Tower Water Use slot.
We registered WEpc94 No Cooling Tower pilot credit for our V4 project today. We also attempted v4.1 substution for WE Cooling Tower Water Use credit option 2: No Cooling Tower and uploaded ;
- Documentation showing that the project is designated as systems 7 or 8 under ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G Table G3.1.1
- Documentation (site plan or mechanical system plan, energy model or other) showing that the project design case does not include a cooling tower or other system that uses the latent heat of the evaporative cooling of water, and is not connected to a District cooling system
The v4.1 option "No cooling tower" is not available anymore (November 2020 Addenda). So any project registered after that date has to use the ACP to achieve this credit. And when this ACP is not available anymore, this will be a problem for projects with no cooling towers. Does anyone know why this was decided?
You can comply through 100% reduction, Option 2, LEEDv4.1 credit Optimize Process Water Use. You need only make sure that you baseline system is of listed type: to be eligible for Option 2, the baseline system designated for the building using ASHRAE 90.1-2016 Appendix G Table G3.1.1 must include a cooling tower (systems 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13).
Thank you for your clarification Daria, although we ended up pursuing the Pilot ACP, when we did the credit substitution we also interpreted Option 2 differently, understanding that similar requirements to the ACP were no longer available in v4.1.
After reading your comment, it dawned on me that demosntrating a 100% increase in water efficiency is easy since you're not using water for cooling purposes, therefore water use is non-existent.
We have just registered this credit under our Campus project under te WE credit wit the same name.
