Hi everybody! For my v4 LEED ND Plan, I would like to propose as Innovation Credits some features from WELL Communities. Has anybody else considered this strategy before, and could tell me if it might be accepted by GBCI? Thanks a lot.

Oana, using concepts from WELL Community or other neighborhood rating systems (e.g. Living Community Challenge, EcoDistricts, Enterprise Green Communities, BREEAM Communities, DGNB for Urban Districts, Green Star Communities) is a good strategy for drawing on best practices. I'm not aware of ND projects that have used a concept drawn specifically from another neighborhood system, but I don't see why GBCI wouldn't treat it favorably as long as it's genuinely innovative and structured to satisfy the criteria outlined for an innovation point in the v4 Reference Guide.
