What is the expectation in Option #2 for the comparison to a Base Project, Since we have an ID+C Project and there is a high amount of existing walls etc. to be reused - is it as simple as running the model to show all walls etc. as new to be the baseline? We question the ability to find a baseline otherwise with all gov't websites being shut down. Please advise.
