CS-v4 WEp1:Outdoor water use reduction

WaterSense Tool available only for US and Canada?

The LEED Online forms say, that WaterSense Tool supports only zip codes of US and Canada. Does this mean that the tool is not suitable for projects outside the US and Canada?

Yes, for projects outside US/Canada - use specific LEED v4 Outdoor Water Use Reduction Calculator https://www.usgbc.org/resources/leed-v4-outdoor-water-use-reduction-calculator

Below is LEED addenda regarding the water budget calculator for project outside the U.S:

Projects outside the U.S shall use the non-U.S. water budget calculator, which requires rainfall and evapotranspiration data for their location.
