In case the the manufacturer does not have the cutsheet showing the water data, can we do the on-site measurement and adjust the flowrate to be used in the calculation?
We plan to do the elaborated test report by measuring all fixtures used with contractor and CxA. Is it necessary to get the letter from the manufacturer to confirm the onsite test report?

Jatuwat, it seems unusual that a manufacturer could not give you a flow rate for their fixture, and it makes me worry that their fixtures will not offer consistent performance, but it seems reasonable to use rigorous data from a CxA.

I have had success using this strategy on projects in Africa where manufacturer information (for Chinese fixtures) did not include flush/flow information or where base-build information was unavailable from the landlord. I've referenced the EBOM testing requirements.
