1) Does a water fountain / bottle filler not count towards indoor water use? There's no option to list them under flow fixtures in the calculator. What am I missing?
2) How would you categorize a heavy-duty hand washing fountain in the calculator? As a "public lavatory faucet"?

Hi Cammie,
Water fountains and bottle fillers are not part of the Prereq or Credit calcs since they are for human consumption.
For a hand washing fountain, it can depend on where it is located and its function. Regular lavatory sinks/faucets in restrooms, kitchens, and smaller break areas must be included in the calcs, but if there are other sink types in work areas (e.g., in a food service kitchen, in medical examination rooms, in maintenance work areas, etc.) then those are considered process water use and are not typically included in the calcs.
