No, I don't have any updates regarding a method... I just assumed the same quantity of liters per area for both the baseline and the design case.

I made some quick back-of-the-napkin assumptions and conservative guesses on a recent project: 3 mop sinks, 3 janitors, 1 cleaning shift, 10 gal/janitor/shift = 10950 gal/year, which in my case is way below 5% of total usage even if 10 gallons is probably a huge overestimate. Per WEpc 115 "Any individual uses that constitute less than 5% of the total demand may be excluded." Point is, it's worth checking because you might be able to exclude mop sinks.

I just did a submittals with rough calculation for cleaning. I will give you a feedback in 3/4weeks. same between baseline and proposed.
