I'm working on the LEED Acceditation of 2 warehouse type units located in an industrial park close to an airport and am uncertain about which rating scheme to use - Warehouse v C&S.
The buildings are being developed as shell & core with Cat A office fit out (695sqm) with an unheated warehouse (5,598sqm). When constructed, the developer will either be leased or sold.
The developer has stated that the units may or may not be used as a Warehouse / Distribution centres and could be used as Industrial units.
The planning permission states "Industrial and/or Warehouse".
Because we don't know the exact end use, should we use Core & Shell?
