Dear Everyone,
My team wants to validate if they can certify a warehouse located in Rionegro, Colombia. It is going to be naturally ventilated for air renewal, but it does not have a mechanical air conditioning system. This must have a virtual HVAC system to meet the prerequisite? although it does not have a conditioning system by design, and the comfort will be given naturally. It is worth mentioning that it is a warehouse of 5110 sqm and it will only be occupied by 15 people maximum.

There are work arounds that allow you to have an unconditioned warehouse and still get certified. Is there any part of the building that is conditioned space, like an office? In the warehouse you are technically supposed to add a heating/cooling system but 90.1 does not regulate your temperature settings, so you can set the temperature so that they systems never operate. This is an acceptable work around. It is also a waste of your time. So I would recommend that you explain this work around to the reviewer and tell them it would be a waste of your time to model something tht will never operate, and that you are aware of this work around. They should then not require you to model the systems.
