Also is there a specific VOC limit for Wallpapers? I saw this question asked previously on another forum but I not find the answer.

I have never seen anything about wallpaper and it is not directly addressed in SCAQMD. If it were, it would be the adhesive used? If it's not to late, could you request the MSDS for the wallpaper adhesive from the manufacturer?
