I'm working on a higher ed building in a pedestrian-only area of campus that I believe would be a good candidate for this credit. Has anyone had sucess in achieving this credit for a college campus building?

Hi Darrah,

There is no written information that campus building is excluded from this innovation credit. Just ensure that the project achieves at least eight of nine of the features required in this credit and provide documentation as requested in the LEED BD+C v4 innovation catalog.
