Volume to Weight Conversion for LEED v4

LEED v2009 allowed us to use the volume to weight conversion methodology to track our projects waste. I was wondering if the same methodology can be used in LEED v4 or do the units for all materials need to be consistent in either weight or volume throughout the Construction & Demolition Waste Management calculator?

I'd really appreciate someone's help on this.
