A wallcovering is not considered a paint or coating and so is not covered under IEQc4.2 or under any LEED-CI credit, for that matter. (Except indirectly, if you go with the air testing route for IEQc4.6.

Tristan, does vinyl have to be considered for the wall panel considerations on LEEDv4?

Hi Jenelle, Wall coverings are definitely included in the "wall panels" category for Low-emitting materials in v4/v4.1. So if you're trying to have that category count toward your point total in the credit, any wallcoverings would have to be tested for VOC emissions.
