Tristan, does vinyl have to be considered for the wall panel considerations on LEEDv4?

Wall coverings are definitely included in the "wall panels" category for Low-emitting materials in v4/v4.1. So if you're trying to have that category count toward your point total in the credit, any wallcoverings would have to be tested for VOC emissions.
